The ‘Avaada Community Development Centre’ (ACDC) is a unique initiative designed to bring education, skills, and opportunity together under one roof—right within the communities that need it most.
All educational, vocational, and skill development programmes at Avaada Community Development Centres are provided free of cost to community members.
Operating from rented buildings, each centre typically consists of four functional rooms, thoughtfully utilised to serve learners across age groups:
- One Computer Learning Room to build advanced and AI based digital skills
- One Stitching and Crochet Training Room to support women’s livelihood and self-reliance
- Two to three rooms for subject-specific free tuition by trained teachers, customised as per local needs:
- In some locations: Classes 3 to 12
- In others: Classes 6 to 10 or Classes 3 to 8
- Beauty and Makeup training in Kolgaon, Maharashtra
All centres are supported by trained and qualified teachers, including IIT graduates, ensuring quality education and strong academic foundations.

Together, these centres have reached over 10,000 beneficiaries, creating safe spaces for learning, growth, and aspiration. The impact goes beyond numbers—children who once struggled academically are improving their learning levels and continuing their education, while women are gaining skills and becoming financially independent. Around 300 women have gained skills and certifications, enabling many to earn independently. Several youth have also found employment as teachers, trainers, centre managers, in the corporate sector and with video-editing agencies, while some have become entrepreneurs—creating a sustainable ecosystem of learning, livelihood and opportunity within the villages themselves.
